1. Who we are

This website and the ProofTrail software (the “Service”) are provided by [company name] (“we”, “us”), [address], Ghana. Contact: [email].

2. Using this website

You may view this website for the purpose of evaluating the Service. You must not copy, scrape, frame or reproduce its content, screenshots, videos or documents, except for brief quotation with attribution.

3. Demos and sandbox access

Guided demos and sandbox keys are provided at our discretion for evaluation by the named organisation only. A sandbox key is personal to your organisation, runs on sample data, expires after the period we set, and may be withdrawn at any time. You must not share a key, enter real personal or confidential data, or use the sandbox for live procurement.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, workflows, screens, forms, documentation, videos, the ProofTrail name and mark, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. It is licensed, not sold. You must not copy, modify, translate, record for redistribution, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service, or remove any notice in it, or attempt to bypass any access control, key or security measure.

5. Subscriptions

Live use of the Service is provided only under a signed subscription agreement with your organisation. That agreement takes precedence over these Terms for subscribers.

6. Your data

Data you enter in a live subscription remains yours. We process it as described in our Privacy Notice and your subscription agreement.

7. No warranty for evaluations

Demos and sandboxes are provided “as is” for evaluation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.

8. Breach

If you breach these Terms we may withdraw access immediately and seek any remedy available under the law, including injunctions and damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction.
